SceneScape End-User Agreement
SUMMARY
Here's a summary of what's in the actual agreement.
YOUR RIGHTS PACKAGE:
· We license the SceneScape music library to one user only--that's YOU--on a non-transferable, lifetime basis.
· Your license fee is included in your purchase price.
· You get synchronization rights for all your projects.
· This license does not include performing rights.
· You can make copies for your own use, but you can't sell or license SceneScape to others.
· You can't put SceneScape on a network whereby other users will have access to SceneScape.
· SceneScape may be used on websites, but the music may not be downloaded or duplicated.
· You can edit (cut and paste, etc.) the music, but you can't add lyrics without permission from us.
· You will advise us if you use any SceneScape music in projects that are broadcast or distributed theatrically so that we can prepare or help you prepare music cue sheets.
· If you are going to make more than 10,000 copies of any project containing SceneScape music, an additional license will be needed.
